Plan A) Learn about the situation, discover your concerns, provide guidance and options and solutions. Length of visit - 60 to 90 minute visit. Plan A & B) Add a Home Safety Assessment gives me the opportunity to suggest changes in hopes to prevent an accident. Length of Visit: 4 to 5 hour Involving the senior and asking questions during the assessment is very beneficial. They provide information about their daily routines, how they feel about making changes and involving them in the process brings awareness to them in hopes of preventing an accident.
